We don’t subcontract our courses out to third parties. All courses are run and delivered by Bruce and Mike:

Mike Austin:

Mike Austin holds Aspirant Ski Guide status with the American Mountain Guides Assoc. (AMGA). The AMGA are a member of the UIAGM. He holds American Avalanche Institute level III certification in avalanche safety, an internationally recognised qualification, and the highest level of training possible in the U.S. He's guided around the world over the last 14 years in Antarctica, Utah, California, Europe & Scotland. Bruce Goodlad:

Bruce Goodlad, director of the Mountain Adventure Company, has been climbing and mountaineering in the UK and around the world for over 20 years, since leaving school, and has worked full time in the mountains since 1995. Bruce has instructed and guided all over the UK, Europe, Russia, Nepal and Antarctica. His love for the mountains and mountain adventures embraces all aspects of mountaineering, climbing and skiing. He has been ferreting about in snow since long before he new how to ski and has a practical no nonsense approach to avalanche awareness and rescue. Bruce is regularly quoted as saying if you are digging a pit you should have already made the decision. He is also very famous for having been injected with enough morphine by Mike to calm an elephant in the Antarctic but thats a story for the bar.
